Drop-in advising at Washburn Observatory is available from 1-3 pm on most weekdays during the first two weeks of the term. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in using the instructions in the Washburn Observatory lobby.
Drop-in advising is way to have a brief conversation with an advisor (maximum of 15 minutes) outside of a scheduled appointment. For example, drop-ins can be used for troubleshooting a specific course choices or asking concrete questions related to upcoming deadlines. For more comprehensive conversations, such as semester/degree planning, major exploration, non-urgent personal concerns, please schedule an appointment using Starfish.
