Senior Meal Service Event with Goodman Community Center (Canceled)

Interested in serving the Madison community beyond the classroom? Do you enjoy serving and interacting with senior populations? Then this event is for you! Join your fellow L&S Honors students on Friday, November 18 from 11 AM-1:30 PM as they team up to take a shift of the senior meal program at the Goodman Community Center. Your shift will include working with a team to prepare and serve meals to local seniors, all while having the opportunity to engage and communicate with one of our most treasured populations.

Directions:
- By bicycle, head east on the Capital City Bike Trail. Goodman Community Center is located at the intersection of the bike trail and Waubesa Street.
- By bus, check out the Madison Metro Routes & Schedules page. Many routes, including but not limited to 04, 07, 15, 28, and 38 can all drop you within a very short walk!
