As an Honors Program, we would like to invite all first-year Honors students to an evening of eating, chatting, and networking!
Event Information
This annual event is one of the best opportunities for first-year students to begin developing a community of peers and faculty. At this informal event, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful buffet, sit with other new Honors students, and connect with some of the most engaging faculty at UW.
The event will begin with a buffet opening at 5:30 PM. Around 6:00 PM, L&S Dean Eric Wilcots will share remarks and we will recognize the 2023-2024 Distinguished Honors Faculty. For the remaining time, faculty participants will divide themselves among tables in the Pyle Center and have conversations with students about pre-planned topics. You will have the option to move from table-to-table to learn as much as you can from these wonderful faculty members!
