The entrance to a nature trail with trees and a Lakeshore Nature Preserve sign.

We will be removing invasive plants to help restore native plant communities in the campus nature preserve. We will meet at the informational kiosk at the entrance to Picnic Point (2000 University Bay Drive). The meeting location is on the Lakeshore Path. Be aware that we will be working off-trail on uneven terrain.
In case of very cold or wet weather on the date of the event we will cancel.

 

Remember to come dressed to work outdoors. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. The necessary tools, supplies, and work gloves will be provided.
