RSVP for Research @ Washburn #3 - Encountering Biological Sciences

Ever wonder what research in the biological sciences looks like? Join us for a panel discussion with faculty members and an experienced student as they share their research in fields like genetics, neuroscience, ecology, and more. This session is designed for two groups of students: first, students new to research who want to learn how biologists investigate living systems, conduct experiments, and contribute to scientific discoveries that impact medicine, the environment, and beyond; second, students who are further along in their academic career and are at the planning stages for carrying out their own research projects.

Come with your questions, connect with faculty, and explore how you can get involved in biological research!

Event Speakers:
Marina Emborg | Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine
Heidi Horn | Biocore
Andre Sousa | Neuroscience
Emma Dunbar | Undergraduate Participant

Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 2.
