Kendra is thrilled to be a part of the L&S Honors Program staff and brings her years of budgeting, financial management, operations, and project planning expertise to this role. Prior to beginning at UW-Madison in 2020, Kendra spent 12 years in New York City working with Off-Broadway producing theatres including Signature Theatre (recipient of the 2014 Regional Theatre Tony Award) and Playwrights Horizons in general management, and with the service organization Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York that included opening a brand new, two-theater complex in Hell’s Kitchen in 2017. Originally from Iowa, her early career included roles at several performing arts organizations in Minneapolis/St. Paul and even traveling around the US working on several musicals in company management and stage management roles. Kendra enjoys traveling, reading, board games, arts and cultural activities, and competing in trivia with the rest of the Honors Staff.
