Join us as we kick off a two-part special edition of Wednesday @ Washburn, where the spotlight turns to the people who help make the L&S Honors Program what it is—our staff. Held in the cozy, informal setting of the Washburn Observatory library, this event offers students a chance to get to know each other and the Honors team beyond emails and advising appointments.
For this first session, Honors staff members Kendra Ramthun (Program Administrator), Christine Evans (Associate Director of Advising & Curriculum), and Raquel Knops (Advisor) will share a bit about their paths, passions, and roles on campus before opening the floor for conversation. It’s a relaxed, come‑as‑you‑are evening designed to spark connection, build community, and give you a deeper look at the people who support your Honors experience.

- Time: 5:00 PM (pizza will be served and you can mingle with your Honors peers and staff); at 5:30 PM, we will begin the conversation with the staff members in the library. Come whenever you are able!
